will see the Simon Lau Centre in London hosting an Advance
Sticky Hands Seminar. The seminar is aimed towards serious
Students and Instructors, looking to better understand the
application of Sticky Hands in real-life situations. |

The Simon Lau Centre in
London will be playing host to its Swedish counterparts
whom will be attending a series of Wing Chun Instructor
Courses, to be held at the Simon Lau Centre in South
Kensington. The Swedish Instructor Course will take place
between the 11th and 15th June 2009. |

The new Simon Lau
Centre in Gothenburg Sweden is preparing to host their
first Wing Chung grading examinations, in their all new lavish
air-conditioned building. Grading will take place between the 28th and 31st of May
2009. The examination will be carried out by Master Simon Lau,
whom will also be providing Wooden Dummy Instruction to
advanced students over the same period.. |

Master Simon Lau will
be hosting a series of Qigong seminars in Sweden, from
the 15th to the 17th May 2009. The series of seminars will
further contribute to the Qigong study and development of
students in Sweden, whom have realised improved progress,
after seminars held at the end of last year. |

As the pressures of day
to day life has an increasing negative impact on our
immune system, and with constant stress creating
imbalances in our body, Master Simon Lau is to host a
Qigong Breathing Seminar, to help combat and correct these
imbalances. The Qigong Breathing Seminar will be held on
Sunday 26th of April 2009. The Seminar is open to all
students, family and friends. |

event will be held in the UK giving the student a chance

Sweden during the month of October giving a range of
eagerly anticipated Qigong Courses. Set in the
surroundings of a grand, picturesque country castle, the

Centre has put them in a perfect position of taking on the
rigours of Instuctors Course led by Master Simoin
Lau. |

deliver further movement towards the creation of new Simon
Lau Centre in France. The unnamed Student whom intends to
be the head instructor of the Simon Lau Centre in France,
will be in London for further training and development
from Master Simon Lau,, bringing the project and time
schedule for opening of the Centre ever closer. |

to perform and demonstrates the capabilities that they

Simon Lau has also kindly put together a Seminar entitled
