The practice of mindfulness, you bring the scattered mind home, home of the universe.
The practice of mindfulness defuses our negativity, aggression, and turbulent emotions,
which may have been gathering power over many lifetimes. So when you practice Mindfulness it is essential to create the right inner environment of the mind. Creating that right environment is vital for your energy truly to happen. There is no effort, only sincere understanding, wakefulness, and unshakable certainty.
When I am in the nature of mind, the ordinary mind is no longer there. There is no need to
sustain or confirm a sense of being: I simply am. A fundamental trust is present.
There is nothing in particular to do. You do not need any method of Mindfulness by using “skill.”
