Breathing in Mindfulness Practice Part VII

In the west people tend to be absorbed by what I would call “the technology of meditation.
The modern world is addicted to purely practical formulate. But by far the most important feature of Mindfulness is not the technique, but the spirit: inspired, and creative way in which we practice which could also be called “The Posture”. The correct posture is to create a more inspiring environment for Breathing in Mindfulness Practice.
Chi (the energy) arises naturally once your posture and inner environment is inspired.
Whereas if your mind is in a calm state it will influence your whole posture much more naturally and effortlessly.
